INDUSTRIAL
Skills, safety and a sense of pride in a job well done all contribute to the reputation of Curtis Painting Group as specialists delivering high standards of quality to industrial painting contracts.
Our skills are recognised across a broad spectrum of sectors including the oil, gas, chemical and nuclear industries as well as at power stations, factories, warehouses, railway stations and food-based operations and on marine-related projects. Highways, bridges and car parks also form a major part of our industrial painting portfolio.
With safety at the top of the workplace agenda for our clients, we pride ourselves on our commitment to regulatory compliance and to ongoing programmes of professional development for our teams. This ensures the highest professional finishes to projects completed to exacting standards by a workforce of technical coating engineers, approved intumescent applicators, painters with confined space training and with IOSH and NACE Level 3 qualifications.
Our sense of pride comes with the successful completion of complex projects across a large and diverse range of industrial painting programmes. Our expert painters also regularly undertake floor coating work and apply intumescent coatings. We can tailor tank linings to clients’ needs - with special consideration given to cargo and variable temperatures – and fulfil structural steel frame painting for specific environmental and commercial needs. In addition, we provide on-site or off-site facilities for blast removal and coatings - all in environmentally-controlled work areas - and carry out lead-based paint removal in line with the Control of Lead at Work Regulations 2002 (CLAW) as well as high pressure water removal, hygienic coatings and specialist cladding refurbishment.
